Information you provide.
If you use the contact form or email Matthew, the website may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, enquiry topic and message. Provide only information relevant to the enquiry.
Forms and HubSpot.
The contact form uses Gravity Forms and HubSpot CRM so an enquiry can be recorded, routed and answered. Only provide information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, banking details or other highly sensitive information through the form.
Analytics and technical information.
Hosting and security services process technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect this website. Optional HubSpot analytics is off until you choose to allow it. If allowed, it can record page visits, referral sources, browser and device information and connect visits with an enquiry you submit.
You can allow or reject optional analytics, or change your choice later, using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Closing the choices panel without choosing does not enable analytics. A first-party preference cookie remembers your choice for up to six months. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the contact form or having an enquiry recorded in HubSpot and sent by email.
Storage and overseas processing.
Website hosting, email, form and CRM providers may process information in New Zealand or overseas. Reasonable safeguards are required of those providers. Information is retained only while it remains useful for the purpose described, a legitimate business record or a legal requirement.
Your choices and rights.
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request correction or ask for deletion where there is no lawful reason to retain it. Email matthew@williamscorporation.co.nz.
